During trauma therapy, we use a technique called brain spotting. Brainspotting is a mind-body therapy that uses eye-positioning to help you identify and release difficult emotions and traumas. Where you look can affect how you feel. Traumas can become connected to a part of your body, which leads to physical and mental problems.

We support teens and youth in finding clarity and a sense of purpose. We encourage them to create their own sense of calm. This supports improved behavior at home and school, higher self-esteem, and better relationships across the board.

We offer three distinct group therapy sessions: DBT Group, Navigating Parenthood, and Navigating Teens. We foster a relaxed atmosphere where everyone can share their experiences and feelings, which helps cut down on feelings of isolation. Listening to others gives people new perspectives and insights that can really shed light on their own challenges, all while picking up practical skills and coping strategies.
